About the Department

Our Credit Engineering team is dedicated to designing, developing, and improving mission‑critical systems that power:

• Multi‑channel Loan Origination Processes
• Loan Product &  Credit Campaign Management Platforms
• Loan Repayment & Installment Calculation Engines
• Financial Posting & Loan Accounting Systems
• Enterprise Architecture‑aligned Credit Services and Integrations

Role Overview

As a Sr. Software Developer, you will build and enhance the backbone of our banking technology platform. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to deliver highly available, secure, and high-performance systems.

You will play a key role in designing scalable funds utilization and credit campaign management systems.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional software development experience
• Experience in credit management systems.processes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in:
  • Java 17+
  • Spring Boot
  • Spring Data JPA / Hibernate and Spring Security
  • Microservice architecture and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with messaging and event streaming platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Experience with distributed caching using Redis
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, analysis, and design principles
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs with OpenAPI (Swagger) specifications
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Preferably experience with:
  • Distributed system patterns such as Saga, Transactional Outbox, CQRS, and Circuit Breaker
  • Domain-Driven Design and Clean / Hexagonal Architecture
  • Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry
  • Secure coding practices (OWASP) and OAuth 2.0 / JWT-based authentication
  • Frontend development with React
  • AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
• Experience working within enterprise architecture frameworks
• Passion for writing lean, clean, and maintainable code
• Proactive, open-minded, future-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Eager to learn, self-driven, and results-oriented
